How long does shipping take?

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is something wrong?
Not necessarily. Tracking can pause for a few days while your package moves between sorting facilities or crosses borders. If there's been no update for more than 7 days, reach out to us at infoglowlens@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
My package says "delivered" but I can't find it.
First, check your mailbox, front porch, side entrance and any safe spots the carrier might have left it. Ask other household members too. If it still hasn't turned up within 24 hours of the delivery scan, contact us at infoglowlens@gmail.com with your order number. We'll help you open a carrier inquiry.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as quickly as possible at infoglowlens@gmail.com. We can usually update or cancel an order before it ships. Once it's been handed to the carrier, we're unable to make changes — so the sooner you reach out, the better.
Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
To guarantee delivery before Christmas, we strongly recommend ordering by December 1st. Orders placed after that date may not arrive in time due to peak holiday carrier volumes. Holiday shipping delays don't qualify as grounds for a refund or dispute, so order early to be safe.
